This Golden Eagle is Teton Raptor Center's first patient of 2019. He was admitted due to a suspected car or fence strike, afterwards he was found on the side of the road. This collision caused bruising on his wings, and a dislocated right elbow. While dislocations can be difficult to treat in birds, shortly after admittance the elbow was re-aligned, a very rare occurrence! With a lot of rest and limited contact, the staff hope to release this bird back into the wild.
