Vote On A Name For Our Newest Avian Ambassador

Teton Raptor Center staff has seen all of your name submissions for our newest Avian Ambassador and we have narrowed them down to three names that we would like you to vote on! 

1. Cricket: Reflecting their diet which mainly consists of insects, especially crickets and grasshoppers. They also make a high pitched vocalization that resembles a cricket’s chirp. 
2. Prairie: Inspired by their natural habitat.
3. Spud: A nod to their presence in Idaho and their ground-dwelling lifestyle.

The deadline to vote is Friday, September 27th at 5:00pm MST! Once we have a winner, the name will be announced on our Instagram, as well as in our E-News next week!
